He cut the investigation short so that Blago did not actually sell the senate seat. If you know anything about real estate and how Obama bought his house and how Retzko helped him buy it by taking the vacant lot next door at full price only to sell a piece back to him at a discount could figure out that Obama swam in the scum-pond that Blago did.
