My boys were raised to keep it zipped until after they walked down the aisle...

And were ready to provide for:

(1) Spiritual and Moral Leadership in their home-
...Partnering with God and their spouse...

(2) Housing...

(3) Food...

(4) Transportation... and...

(5) Medical care...

...For themselves and their wedded wife--
And at least one KID that would be there sooner than they ever imagined!

They were also taught that conceiving and bringing forth a precious child is signing up for 18-20 years hard labor....
