FoxNews saying that JJJ is “candidate #5,” ...that takes him out of any senatorial consideration, I would think. Gov Blago can “redeem” himself (a tiny bit) by naming as PE Obama’s replacement in the senate, the man he defeated for that Illinois senate seat, former ambassador ALAN KEYES..! Talk about throwing a stink-bomb at the wedding..! Dr. Keyes is a black man, replacing a half-black man, and above reproach in his morals and ethics. Way to get back at the Chicago political machine, and give Harry Reid something to ponder...
Now THAT would be something! I won’t hold my breath.
There is no possibility that the Democrats controlling the Senate would seat Keyes if Blago appointed him.
It would be fun to watch their reaction though.
