Let the record show that it was George W. Bush, the rich Texas Republican, who brought socialism to America

To SanFran Pole Smoker,
Let the record show that socialism in America got it's start with Woodrow Wilson (D) (Income Tax, Direct Election of Senators, World War I) and FDR (may he burn in hell, too many issues to list)

Republicans are not socialists and the democrats are for all intents and purposes the new Communists in America.

Let us conservatives beware of any “Republican RINO” candidate from now on who constantly crows about being a “uniter” of the parties and “reaching across the aisle” to the Democrat socialists (who NEVER reach back - period).

Giving Bush his due, but he was fair from the start that he was a RINO, a “uniter” reaching “across the aisle”. RINOs only end up not being economically conservative or really much conservative in much of any way - except maybe militarily.

All true. However, in the modern era, Lyndon Johnson put socialism into warp drive before he decided on not running for a second term. To me, it's always seemed as if Kennedy was assasinated precisely so Johnson could create the "Great Society." Hmm.
