Well, there was a difference there, Tony Martin shot them from behind as they were trying to flee empty-handed. I can guarantee you that if this elderly couple had shot an axe-wielding burglar in their living room, they wouldn’t have been charged, and there certainly wouldn’t have been a jury in the land that would have convicted them.....

Personally, I'll never forget the day I came home with my five year old to have her say, "Daddy ! What happened to our house ?"
What had happened was that SCUM had gotten in and stolen anything not nailed down. When I thought of how many years of my life had been spent working to earn the money to buy those things, I knew the SCUM had literally stolen part of my life. Not to mention the irreplaceable items, like my grandfather's watch.
Ain't gonna happen again. I won't just shoot 'em while they're fleeing. If it was like Tony Martin's case, I could chase them down the street and blow them away in the road. It's perfectly legal here in Houston. And they damn well deserve it.
