After reading this column, Louisiana may not be the most corrupt state in the Union.

After following the Duke Lacrosse Frame daily for almost three years, I came to the conclusion the North Carolina “judicial system” was more corrupt than Louisiana’s. And I said as much in a letter to their Attorney General.

Now with Illinois, that puts us third from the bottom.

Illinois has had every state beat as far as corruption forever, BHL&AEL&EE(before Huey Long and after Earl Long and Edwin Edwards). Illinois politics like the Democratic Party is an ongoing criminal enterprise.
