Nobody thought Congress would spontaniously spend (read: give away) a trillion dollars.

Unless most Americans are actually calling for a Con Con, it can only happen if it moves very fast, tactically speaking. Because, once the orchestrators' hand has been tipped, potential opposition can usually be brought to bear much faster than an approving concensus. Just look at the yearly congressional budgets........

Absolutely 100% spot on correct. It will all be over before 99.99% of the sheeple in this country even begin to stir as the danger comes front and center to their faces. By that I mean that when the public awakens to the steady crunch crunch of jackboots marching the streets, it will be way too late.
