Ditka’s not nearly as stupid as some of you think he is.

Depends on your definition of stupid. It is very serious when high profile public figures maintain a wall of propaganda around certain issues and topics.

If Ditka can not say something Constitutional and accurate, he should not say anything at all.

As to whether he self censors to keep his job maybe he should revisit his life goals and self respect.

We’re talking ESPN here, the “Tony Kornheiser” network. Is it worth being accurate on that network? Come on. It’s a sports channel, and he’s in an NFL program.

It’s not exactly a Heritage Foundation event. I wouldn’t honestly give ESPN my true political positions either. They’re not worth it, not even at $2 million a year.
