Dow Chemical closing doors and laying off workers but not asking for bail outs.

Dow and DuPont both raised the prices of their products by 25% in June and then another 25% in July. Who’s buying Rhom & Haas and for how may BILLIONS? Sounds like a deal from Chicago.
