Sean Penn gives an excellent performance, but I certainly wouldn’t say the movie is a “must-see”.
Sean Penn is on the conservative blacklist. Conservatives must turn their back on him and prevent him from making a living as an actor. If all his movies bomb at the box office, we’ll be rid of him and send a message to left wing actor scum like him.
Not sure if I want to see this one. Penn has quite a bad rep here.
But I was at a garage sale last year and picked up “Mystic River” on DVD.
I gotta say he gave one hell of a performance in that movie, he was perfect in that role. And very powerful.
