My idea is to disconnect from the Democrat primaries completely, have them on our own dates and schedule.

Only registered Republicans get to vote and the order is determined by the outcome of the last election.

For example, if your state went 70/30 Repubs over Dems you hold your primary before the state that went 69/31, etc. That way the most conservative states get to give the most conservative candidates a head start on delegate count.

It's so pathetic that this is what the GOP has come down to. I would like to think that a blowout loss would cause all of these idiots to disappear into the woodwork and that we get new people running things the next time around, but that won't happen. To think these people could have been handling classified information at one point had we won. You'd think they were Democrats and not Republicans the way they handled this stuff...
