This would be a criminal proceeding. If Obama had to testify, I imagine birth records could be subpoenaed to determine if he was eligible to be president.
Nope. He'd just be a witness. The only thing that one side or the other can do with a witness (besides asking questions) is to attack his/her credibility or professional credentials (where the person is an expert witness). Nothing could be done here.
Part of the plan is to manuever the MSM to report this instead of all the other lawsuits in regards to his citizenship status.
