NAMPA - Earlier this month, a Nampa business was raided by federal immigration agents.

Authorities arrested 16 employees at Idaho Truss and they now face federal charges. They face a variety of charges including misuse of Social Security numbers, illegal entry after deportation and possessing counterfeit alien-registration cards.

“Identifying and documenting the use of fraudulent Social Security numbers and other fake identity documents is a key piece of any worksite enforcement investigation,” said Leigh Winchell, special agent in charge of the ICE Office of Investigations that oversees Idaho.

“In this case, ICE had previously notified the employer that some of its workers had provided counterfeit Social Security numbers to gain employment at Idaho Truss.”

If convicted, sentencing will be determined by the nature of the offense and the defendant's criminal background.

But many illegals still contend working is not a crime I assume they to mean overlooking fraudulent Social Security numbers and other fake identity documents is also included in their package of what also is not a crime ?

They’ll be turned loose and told to go home. No worries, Zero will make them legal.

Just yesterday, a woman with two small children held up the line in a Dallas grocery store as a result of trying to purchase ineligible items with a food stamp card. Not understanding the English-speaking clerk, the clerk had to call the manager over to speak enough Spanish to make his point. (The woman couldn't speak a word of English.)

The wait annoyed me all the more when I followed the woman out only to see her unload her stuff into a new silver Pathfinder.

More than a little is wrong with this picture!!!
