McCain is a clown that the Left loves to use to poke the Conservatives with.
Why do we elect people like McCain, they never have had a JOB except in Gubermint, and McLoser is so out of touch with reality he needs to be shamed into leaving, he has become a clown and we need to make sure he knows it!>

They were not ALL dead when they stopped the auto bailout... do not lump all of them with the commies and degenerates that infect the party.

We need uniting all right. Conservative Republicans MUST unite in order to stop the GOP from EVER giving us another McCain. Frankly, as bad as it is going to be with Obama, at least now we have a reason to unite. Had McCain won, every negative comment on this thread about him would have been met with responses, jabs and insults by the Bushbot/McCainiacs about how much better off we are than had Obama won and they’d have DEMANDED Regan-inspired ‘party’ loyalty to an undeserving RHINO. I’d have been banned for sure. We need to promote a truly conservative non-CFR candidate who says what he means and means what he said and who will support our efforts to defeat any attempts Obama (or the bipartisan, globalist, OBLers) makes to destroy the sovereignty and security of our country.

Really. Well, Senator Reach Across the Aisle, tell us how well reaching across the aisle worked out for you. You not only screwed conservatives and this country with your stupid liberal @$$ kissing but you probably ruined Sarah Palins future in politics, too.

My sentiments exactly. I am going to absolutely HATE the idea of Obama being president but in a way I am relieved that we don’t have to fight McCain for the next 4 yrs. Now maybe he will just go away. He had his shot at the presidency he wanted so bad. He blew it for us and this country. We could have beat Obama if he hadn’t inserted himself in the race. He will never be able to run again so at least we are rid of him as far as running for president is concerned.

Thats what makes me so sick about this whole thing. The way Palin was stifled. She wanted to go to Michigan after McCain pulled out of there but he said no. He sabotaged everything she tried to do to win. Then he stood by and said nothing while the media and his own staff trashed her! It just makes me livid!

Yes. Ironic, wasn’t it? Telling us to stand up and fight while he laid down and surrendered and chastised anybody who did actually try to stand up and fight. I honestly think the years of torment from the enemy turned him into the passive person he turned out to be.

You are right but we need to get behind one candidate early on. I think one of the reasons we got McCain is because everybody had their own candidate and refused to budge. It was my guy or nobody.

too many cooks in the kitchen screwed up the soup...our leaders need to have the humility to step aside for the best candidate to win. McCain was too ambitious and had the leftists and center left voters in the open primaries screw up the voting.

We know Obama feasted on suspicious campaign contributions, but perhaps he wasn't the only one. This election stinks like a thrown ball game in the Third World.

I said from the beginning John McCain had no chance. I was attacked for being a lefty and told to get off this board by newbies for not liking his liberal views (go figure).
