The ACLU defends child pornography.

They split hairs, by saying that they oppose the abuse of children that happens in the pornography. But, they say that possessing or distributing such pornography once it as been produced should be protected as freedom of speech. So, once it’s produced, it should be protected under the 1st amendment, according to the ACLU.

The reason why they wont stop this criminal activity is because a lot of it is created in countries where the governments either don’t care about it, look the other way, or lack the resources to do anything about it.

The child sex slave industry is big in some areas of southeast Asia. Even many government officials and police are paid off to look the other way.

The sex trade is the 3rd largest criminal enterprise in the world behind arm sales and drugs.

Yeah, never really understood that. I mean, I guess if someone has a bunch of regular baby photos that’s one thing. The person is a sicko, but I suppose there’s not much you can do until he/she acts. But anything pornographic or forced or whatever, how can anyone defend that? The creation of it ALWAYS involves hurting a child. Libs disgust me sometimes.

I agree wholeheartedly. As long as it does NOT involve lethal injection. I want to see either hangings or beheadings.

My step father was into this until the government sent him to his new residence.

He was into child rape and produced some images of children visiting his home.

Both him and my Mother are raving liberals who both will defend his actions to this day.

My mother told me that child rape is not that bad. I guess is you match it up to a holocaust it might be slightly less horrifying.

This is vile! How can a nation which claims any measure of freedom tolerate an organization like this for even a day? Their stand protects these perps. The next question is, “Does anyone think this has to do with freedom of speech?” I believe the degrading of life through abortion has promoted this evil. And, yes, the death penalty should be unquestionably the punishment for such activity.

When a linked source requires excerpting, removing a few words or one sentence won’t help. A good rule of thumb for a short article (600 words or less) is to remove at least half of it. Only for a larger article (over 600 words) reducing the article to 300 words or less is okay.

The ACLU is an organization that believes (and practices)
the constitution can be used to declare itself to be unconstitutional!

The key word in the constitution is “FREE” that is, free speach. Take the money out of it and it would close down over night. The constituion protects that which is “free” but does not protect it to be commericalized!!!!!!!!!!!! Let’s shut them down!!!!!
