Drive-By Defense: Nuts & Sluts
Rush Limbaugh ^ | December 11th | Rush Limbaugh

Posted on 12/13/2008 1:35:45 AM PST by Halfmanhalfamazing

The Drive-Bys have picked up on this. We have a montage from yesterday and last night.

MADDOW: Hometown folks use words like sociopath, delusional and compulsive to describe their governor.

BARNICLE: There's a delusional aspect clearly to Blagojevich.

GERGEN: He is delusional.

TOOBIN: The delusional nature of Blagojevich.

COLMES: The governor was delusional.

CADDELL: I've been told by people for some years that he was a little on the touched side.

PAGE: He has a long reputation for being a little weird.

BROWNSTEIN: These quotes from him do not suggest mental balance.

BROWN: Blagojevich seemed obsessed in this crazy, manic way.

BARNICLE: Delusional.

OLBERMANN: A literally crazy governor.

COOPER: The notion that Governor Blagojevich thought he might get appointed to ambassadorship is like smoking glue or something.

LYONS: This is the act of a madman. This is what you call insanity.

ISIKOFF: How off his rocker he was to be talking the way he was.

TODD: Obviously this guy Blagojevich is crazy.

SHRUM: He ought to plead not guilty by reason of insanity.

RUSH: That's probably what he's going to do. That was Bob Shrum. Do you hear how this is all being set up now? The only problem here is that Blagojevich is starring in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and he's refusing to resign. He's not going to go away. In effect he's flipping all of these people off. That was the nuts defense. Here's the sluts montage as they are now going after Blagojevich's wife.

SANCHEZ: The first lady with a mouth like a sailor.

COOPER: She's got a mouth like a trucker and I have to apologize to truckers for that one.

TUCHMAN: An unflattering and sometimes foulmouthed style.

BLITZER: The Governor's wife is also heard on the tapes at times unleashing profanities big time.

ROESGEN: She was egging her husband on like Lady Macbeth.

WALTERS: The wife is also involved. Every third word out of both of their mouths begins with an 'F.' It's 'F' this and 'F' that and 'F' this.

BARNICLE: Officially the Bonnie and Clyde of Chicago politics, the two of them

RUSH: So once again another woman comes under attack, viciously so, by the Drive-By Media and the Democrat Party. They are leaving no stone unturned, they are leaving nothing to chance here. Blagojevich is insane, is delusional, is a psychopath, is a sociopath, and his wife is a reprobate and a slut and a foulmouthed whore! She cusses, and she's in real estate deals, and for that we gotta dispatch her, too. She's a first lady. She cusses, she's in real estate deals, and she's a first lady. Does she throw ashtrays? Does she hate the military? Does she believe in health care? Does she fire the travel office people in the Chicago governor's office? We don't know the answers to these questions, but there are enough similarities here.

Montages are without a doubt my very favorite thing that Rush does.

Blago can’t be said to be delusional because he pursued a course of action that has worked and paid off for Chicago democrats at least since the time when their current mayor was in kindergarten

I know. Whenever I hear a montage, it makes me ROFLMAO to hear all of these liberals using the same monolithic talking point.

It’s the simplest question on earth to answer. “How do you know the media is liberal?”

“I heard all of them use the same talking points”

...I’ve often wondered who Mr. Limbaugh has inside the beltway, a “deep throat” or deep throats, that he summons for the super-secret meetings...

I’ve always wondered if they all have fax machines and get the talking points of the day. I KNOW all these half-wits didn’t all start using the word “gravitas” at the same time back in 2000 without somebody feeding it to them.

this is the reason so many of them are going out of business. People won’t buy this crap any more , but it just goes on and on. After watching Dan Bather get destroyed, you would think they would change, or learn. But no, they get the marching orders an just jump.

It’s nothing so insidious.

You have to remember, these people all work and live in small communities, and most likely see each other on a daily basis. They work in newsrooms which have close proximity to each other.

It’s the washington/new york social circle, they all get together for their parties on a regular basis. One of them uses some zinger and they all just pick up on it.

The media is practicing their ability to deflect from the reality that if Blago is so crazy why did the Prince BO help run Blago’s reelection for Governor in 2006. Once again the hidden question is how does BO manage to ignore the obvious bad character of his closest associations?
None of these cowards will dare bring up the obvious question, the ‘pure’ BO is the product of a corrupt environment from Hawai to ChiTown and he stinks too.

No, it sounds like the truth from all I've heard, not an attack.

You beat me to that.
Not only that, Comrade Obama helped run Blaho’s election campaign in 2002 as well, and raised lots of money for Blago’s campaigns.
Meanwhile, I'd like to know exactly how much money Blago raised for Comrade Obama.

If Blago’s nuts, then every politician that came out of the Chicago Democratic Party Machine(including Obama) is nuts too, because the way Blago does business is exactly how Democratic Party politicians have been doing business in Chicago for decades.

As another FReeper recently asked, how can these people think that BHO swam in the cesspool of Chicago politics for more than a decade, and emerged smelling like anything but stink?

It is indeed unfortunate that despite we having seen it, there remain so many seeing it who can’t seem to get it.

It is indeed unfortunate that despite we having seen it, there remain so many seeing it who can’t seem to get it.

It reminds me- rather sadly-- of two famous quotes:

"Those who don't remember the past are doomed to repeat it."

And:

"History repeats itself; the first time as tragedy, the second time as farce."

Not to mention my own cynical "take" on it all:

”Zimbabwe On The Potomac...”

You know there were warning signs...

I kept telling people when Bill Clinton slithered in to office, and clung to it, despite all the scandals, and Impeachment itself-- “He's just a symptom. Like a fever is of a disease- there's something wrong with America.”

Like Popular Culture- look at the magazines-- I call it “thugs & jugs,” or “which Pop Tart is popping out whose baby this week?”

Or Katrina- ever seen so many people milling around with their hands out, when they should have been helping themselves?

We did it to ourselves, and The New, Improved Black Jesus is merely a symptom.

All civilizations have a shelf life- once enough citizens figure out that by electing the “right” representatives, they can use the power of the government to pick the pockets of others,

...it's all over, except for the details.

Well, we're in the “details,” now.

Meanwhile, I have to figure out what Miss Emily and I do with what's left of our lives, and bush hog her Mom's old place in the country, because City Life isn't going to be worth living from here on out.

I'll catch you all later...

...maybe...

I can't believe that Rush missed the real motive of all these moonbats saying Blanko is crazy.

They are covering for Obummer. When Blanko drops a dime on Zero, they can then discount all the evidence as the ravings of a madman!
