I heard Winchester shut down its manufacturing plant and headquarters in Connecticut. Where are they manufacturing now?

They did, but their expensive rifles will be made in Belgium and Japan, where they make brownings.

Winchester is again making Model 70’s at the FN plant in North Carolina. Model 94’s and 1300’s are still out of production. Winchester(Olin) ammo is still being cranked out as fast as they can make it.
