Steve Pidgeon, lead attorney of Washington state's Broe v. Reed, has said that IF Obama’s BC are affidavits from grandmother and mom, converted into a “Certificate of Delayed Birth,” it will NOT be admissible as definitive proof or birth.

The stakes go WAY up in the discovery phase with Broe v. Reed, which may start next week.

IF it gets to the discovery phase......

Knowing how the judges work here in Washington, I am inclined to bet they will find an out. I hope I am wrong.

Even if they refuse to hear the case, I believe the Conservative movement should keep hammering away at this.

Look at Post #17. That information is not even mentioned in the MSM. That’s why the internet is still so effective. Repeating and hammering the info in #17 to as wide an audience as possible will eventually penetrate to a significant portion of the public. At that point the MSM will be forced to run with it and in turn force the little dictators in black robes to hear it.

Screw O’Reilly, Malkin and the rest who think the blogosphereis is rife with conspiracy nuts on this. They sold out. As I posted on another thread, if it were not for Starr and the blue dress, we would all be conspiracy nuts under the finger wagging liar.

Isn’t it interesting that the impeached one and Obama share the same characteristic of wagging their fingers at us before the cameras?
