Can anyone explain to me why there is such animosity against Alan Keyes? The guy has more guts, brains and passion than the dreck we have in the RINO-controlled GOP.
Plus Keyes is brilliant in constitutional knowledge.

Unsuccessful. Uncle Tom. Not Liberal.

I always liked the guy myself, but FR is a tough crowd...

I came to really respect Ambassador Keyes when I used to listen to his radio show. People sometimes confuse true passion for insanity. I think that he is a great man. At least he takes a stand on what he believes in.

Look what the wolves did to Ron Paul, another man who holds the Constitution in reverence.

I'll tell you why I have animosity against Alan Keyes. It's because he held out so much hope of being another Ronald Reagan, but as I got to know him (through his TV program) I came to realize that he was motivated almost exclusively by his own ego.

He had everything *except* the requisite humility - and it was a a huge letdown to me.

He’s unabashedly Christian, black, conservative, pro-life and highly intelligent. People get intimidated.

It goes back a ways to when he was running and had no chance at all. There were lots of keys people here who couldn’t resist interjecting him into everything

He is a good guy and great conservative but never had the standing to be competitive
