It is very demoralizing to know that America's leadership is totally refusing to follow the Constitution or listen to the common sense of the taxpayers that they are SUPPOSED TO BE SERVING.

Well, at least now we know that yet another part of our Constitution is irrelevent... Yeah. It's been a dead letter for some time now.
On a hopeful note, I heard Judge Bork say that the Federalist Society has done great work in re-establishing strict-constructionist thought in law schools around the country.
