What this is all about is Hillary getting to get the US to ratify the UN CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD, which she helped draft when she was right out of law school. If the US ratifies that treaty, it will forever change the legal status of children, who will then of course have the “right” to go to a gay school, etetcetce....They Arne Duncan to prove to the UN that the US is ready to ratify the convention...

Is the new guy a disciple of Bill Ayers. They are both from the same community of political hacks and both in the business of education, or whatever they call it.

I believe I read that Ayers invented the school of no pass/fail and no competition, but I'm not sure of that/

Mayor Daley wants Duncan to stay

Mayor Richard M. Daley announced a new chief of staff this week and said he hopes he does not have to look for a new education boss.

“If Sen. Obama wants to have him, he could have him. But I would not recommend him because I want to keep him right here in Chicago,” Mayor Daley said Thursday at a news conference at Westcott Elementary School, 409 W. 80th St. “We’re doing so well. We’re on this mission. Everybody’s working together. This is a wonderful team they’ve built up.”
