I voted for Huckabee - but now I am glad he didn’t get the nomination!
I like Huckabee - but he has the same problem as McCain - He cottons up to the liberals!
Have you see Huckabee’s show on Fox? There for a whle he had quite a few liberals - “to hear” their views! Including that disgusting, empty-headed Bill Maher! I’m tired of conservatives having to “hear the views” of liberals but not the other way around - they will not hear our views!
I’d like to know what “joke” that asshole Letterman said about Sarah in McCain’s presence that he laughed at. First of all, I am DONE with McCain, he is a disgrace to the Republican party. I voted for him because of Sarah, perhaps that is what pisses him off the most, that here she is, he was using her as eye candy and he wanted her to be a “good girl” to be cute, look at the camera, and repeat his talking points, when she did not do that, especially after he voted yes for that bailout, their relationship was DONE, and she turned on him, decided to speak her mind because she knew she was being used, she thought he was a man of honor, she should look at McCain’s first wife and ask her about McCain’s honor, that will give you all an idea about who the REAL John McCain is, I voted for him because of course what choice did I have, it was either a RINO or a Marxist, I voted for Sarah because she is real, legit, and authentic, about damn time we get a TRUE Reagan Conservative in the Republican party, the hell with John McCain, I wouldn’t piss on him if he were on fire, he is dead to me, yeah, dead, because of how he has treated Sarah, a woman who he should be kissing her feet or everything that she did for him, she busted her ass for him, and what did she get for it, being called a moron, stupid, idiot, a bad mother, every damn name in the book and here is McCain, on Letterman, the same asshole who last night mocked Sarah’s church being burned, and laughing about it. McCain can go to hell, or better yet, join the Democratic party, he has much more in common with them, what a disgrace he turned out to be. I wasn’t for McCain either - it was Sarah I wanted to see in Washington. But I think she has a big problem - she took on Alaska corruption in the GOP as well as the rats and I think she’d have a real hard time getting anything done in D.C. because both sides would be against her. She’s just never going to be part of anyone’s old boys network - which of course is one of the main reasons we, the people, love her.

You nailed it! That is why I could never get cozy with McCain's 85% ACU rating -- because I know where his heart is. Same with Huck.
He’s also had conservatives on too and made his positions known quite clearly on that show. Hannity and Colmes was con vs lib for years and had great ratings. O’Reilly has libs on all the time too. His ratings are the highest. So obviously it works for Fox and isn’t all Huck’s doing.
