To: Snickering Hound

You see this all the time and generally its one of two things:

1. Lawyers who shamelessly utilize the legal system to its fullest (as the article says, they can sue everyone and see what sticks).

2. People who aren’t able to fact the fact that they were responsible for a loved one’s death (you see that a lot with parents suing everyone under the sun when their child dies due to the parent not paying attention).

I am thinking of a class action suit against all Lawyers for negligence, and malfeasance resulting in a critical drag on our economy causing unemployment, distress, hardship for the American public, increased medical costs, higher product costs, Political corruption, indigestion, and obesity. Hmmm only 42 words.

I had a patent attorney whose patents were almost unreadable. One sentence was 243 words long.
