Does her state have comparative negligence?

Is this a joint and several claim?

She was driving drunk, however that issue is seperate over whether the truck driver was doing something wrong.

Don’t fall for the DBM hype “just because” a judge’s personal life is in the mix.

I never trust the BS Media, what I don’t respect even more is a DUI driver trying to claim it was someone else’s fault.

If she wasn’t DUI, she most likely would not have caused this crash.

In CA, DUI drivers are automatically found at fault.
