As our republic embarks on a new presidential term of office, it faces a new kind of constitutional crisis. This new crisis to the republic plus an atmosphere of distrust arises from corrupted, power hungry politicians and their accomplices, the big media. Special interest abuses and partisan bias in the administration of justice are shameful acts of the servants of the people who have forgotten they have taken a sacred oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
When individuals make mistakes, the consequences are limited. However, when our elected officials make mistakes, the results can be catastrophic. It is disheartening to see the world’s best hope for freedom and democracy, the United States of America, make a gross mistake at this crucial juncture. Once again, America is at a critical point and facing troubles from within and in several hotspots of the world.
The Constitution of the United States clearly states three requirements to become the President of the United States. The person must be 35 years of age. The constitution requires 14 years of residency and finally, the most important of all, he/she must be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Let us once again remind ourselves that “the authority of government lies entirely and irrevocably within the Body of The Whole, We The People.”

The Constitution is written in stone. Obama’s Birth Certificate is written on what, locked up where?
Why do we know everything about Sarah Palin’s college grades and professors, and her high school days, but we know nothing about Obama? No grades. Thesis’ birthplace?
I had to show a CERTIFIED copy of my Birth Certificate to renew my drivers license last year. Obama’s is locked up somewhere and he has two law firms retained to prevent public viewing?
Something is very sinister when the simple remedy that would end the questioning of his constitutionally mandated citizenship would be simply showing the birth certificate.
If he can’t produce willingly, a certified copy, then he is not qualified to be President according to the constitution.
There are no gray areas in the Constitution. And there is no room for abuse. Thats the bottom line.

Sadly the people that voted for him dont care about any of that when it concerns one of their own.
Well we have a little less than 4 years before the next presidential election, a little less than 2 years before the next congressional election.
I think we have enough time to do both.
Then you have to remember that the people who are flogging this horse are people who care deeply about the constitution. It is also an opportunity to bring more people in to the conservative movement by using the issue as a teaching opportunity. People can be educated about the constitution using the issue.
A surprising number of the voting public have no idea of the concept of designated powers. Now the left (Obama in particular) has begun talking about “Positive Rights” (as the right to free health care, the right to affordable housing or what ever the left wants to tax everyone in to poverty to supply to the deserving poor) and referring to our constitution as a constitution of “Negative Rights”.
Rush is right when he calls this a “Battle for hearts and minds of America”
The left is constantly thinking up some new artifice of language to use as a weapon against liberty. We on the side of liberty are always playing catch up.
Obama’s choice to keep his true birth certificate secret has a way of engendering curiosity and suspicion. I think this gives us a window of opportunity to do a little educating of the “Undecided voter” and bring them in to the light.
just went to the links below and it proves that Obama is in the midst of a fraud. On his “Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Record” he is asked to supply any “Former Full Names”.
He was at one time Barry Sotero, when he was adopted. At what point, after his adoption, did he become Barack H. Obama?
Did he legally change his name?
He could not submit a birth certificate of Barack Obama as his original was sealed and no longer valid upon his adoption.
If he used the BC that he found in his mother’s belongings and that BC was copy of his original, pre-adoption BC, then he has committed fraud as that BC is no longer valid.

Mind you these are not applications but documents based on information from applications. The information on the application is either true or not.
A document based on fraudulent information is invalid.
I understand from a fellow freeper that the Hawaii Attorney General, Mark J. Bennett is a Republican. He should file charges against Obama for forgery and fraud.

The fat lady only has one more “appointment” to sing... and that’s when the Electoral College votes are certified. There’s *no other venue* for the fat lady... LOL...
After that comes January 20th and that’s it...

It’s this fact which explains why it’s beating a dead horse to get Obama disqualified. It won’t happen in that length of time.
Does anybody in Congress or the courts have the guts to stand up and protect the US Constitution?

The answer is (so far) pretty obvious.

Like Obama, I too was adopted at the age of 7 along with my brother and sister, when I was seven. We took on the name of my Dad, my mother’s second husband. Our original BC’s were sealed and they are no longer valid.
We were issued new BC’s with our new last name and showing that our stepdad was our birth father.
I have known my real father, who has lived within 45 minutes most of my life. I also know all my Uncles, Aunts, Grandparents, cousins, etc. I saw my birth Grandparents with regularity.
I have looked into changing my last name back to my original and I am very familiar with the process of adoption, records and the amount work and paper work that would go into something like this.
My BC would not change, at all, and I could use or rely on my original as it became invalid upon my adoption.
I don’t understand why there is no microfiche evidence of this guy anywhere. He did, after all, go to college in two states and has lived in 4 of the 57 states.
If Obama changed his name to suit the identity he wanted fine, but there should be plenty of records to indicate that.
Obama has access to the actual BC when he was born under whatever name that was.
Upon his adoption by his mother’s second husband Obama’s original BC was sealed as his old identity no longer existed in the eyes of the law.
His adoption in Indonesia created a huge paper trail between two countries, the State of Hawaii and local government where is stepfather lived. He was issued a new BC and both governments created records of equal value and weight in term of his new identity under the law.
His mother would have to present his original BC for the adoption to take place. Where are those copies?
Was the BC with is new identity Barry Sotero issued by Indonesia? Where is that new BC with Lolo listed as his father?
Upon Barry Sotero’s return to the US he reached the age of emancipation and change his name to Barack Obama.
When did he do that? What was the legal process? He would have to notify multiple government agencies; IRS, DMV, Passport/Immigration, college he was attending or job he was working, Any company that had issued credit to him, Medicare, State Government, Indonesia, etc. This would have consumed a considerable amount of time and would have cost a tidy sum.
This process does not change or alter your BC of adoption. In this case Barry Sotero. It only changes your name as you are not being adopted by anyone and the government is not developing a legal document of lawful parentage.
You are changing your name only.
Here is the rub, the copy of the BC you are seeing online is or could be issued to valid BC holders and might be the short form in lieu of a deep record search.
In other words the BC is a fraud. In order for Barack Obama to show a BC that contains his name of Barack Obama and his father and mother as we know it, the state of Hawaii would only have a long form document.
Did he present the BC he found among mother’s belongings? If so, that BC is not valid and he has committed fraud from that point forward.
Barack Obama also has access to his original BC before he was born but it is no longer valid. He can present either the short form, which many of us have seen or present the long form but they are not valid.
When Obama applied for college loans and entrance, did he furnish documentation confirming his foreign national status perhaps as an Indonesian? If so, was he at that time a citizen of another country?
If Obama was granted admission to college and loans based on his status as a foreign national when did he become a citizen of the United States of America?
Is he still a foreign national? If so, how is it he has become a Senator and has now passed the Electoral College with no challenge to his Natural Born requirement?
If he is in fact a citizen of the US when did he become naturalized.
What documents did he present to reenter the US and what did they say regarding his nationality and name(Barry)?
If he is a citizen when did that occur?
More importantly, when did he change his name from Barry Sotero to Barack Obama.
What state did he do that in? Where are those records?
Who is Barrack Barry Mohammed Hussein Sotero Obama?
You... cannot change your adoption records or the alteration of those records for the purpose of adoption.
You can call yourself “John Wayne” and even legally change your name. But, your birth certificate will still say you are “Marion Robert Morrison”, born in Iowa, blah, blah, blah.
