How is this a surprise since A.G. Moonbeam modified the language of the ballot to try and poison the vote?
As mentioned, a gay person has the same right to marry someone of opposite sex as they always have.
What a moron, it does no such thing.
Everybody has exactly the same rights. -to marry a member of the opposite sex. That's how it's always been, and that's how it will continue.

Like voters in California actually believe their votes matter. The black robed priests will tell you otherwise. Get used to it if you don’t kick them to the curb.
Jerry Brown knows this is an absurd argument. But, it’s the best he can do, given his party’s form of “tolerance”. He learned quite well in Oakland, as mayor, exactly what prices to pay he will be subjected to if he doesn’t obey his masters.
Brown violated the law by doing what he did. People also need to call on the Legislature to impeach him.
