According to the Obama-mania press, Obama is surrounding himself with a bi-partisan cabinet full of intellectual giants with a hundred years in collective expertise unlike any other in human history. What cabinet selections are they looking at?
The selections I'm looking at seem more like a third Clinton administration full of the same old Clinton cronies from the 1990s, plus a few token political hacks that made the election of the most unlikely leader in U.S. history possible. Political debts are often repaid by way of political appointments and Democrats have clearly mastered the art. But what does this mean for the average American?

We do it to ourselves, every election cycle. And likely we will continue to do it unless things get really bad. Of course, likely, they will, now. So maybe there’s a silver lining to this ugly cloud.

as far as I’m concerned...Mr. Obama can surround himself with board certified genius’ and he will never lead this country as he has failed to demonstrate the level of personal transparency that is needed to do the job.
If he can’t be honest with me as a voter(of which I mean in the general sense,’cause I didn’t vote for him)and doesn’t have my trust to be President how can he lead this country?based on what ?cult worship and cult worshippers?
He’ not an honest individual and his personal and political background has shown this fact time and time again.To many Freepers I am re-hashing something we all know -Ijust had to say it again.

You are of course correct. But the media invested every cent and what little credibility they had left in putting Obama into the Presidency.
He campaigned on nothing of substance telling us only he would bring change. Since the reality is that he is doing evrythng BUT bringing cvhange the media can not possibly say anything negative about his appoitments because they would be saying that they were wrong....
Far to many Americans don’t think about things before they act so many have became roboric.
Even if Obama appointed someone who knew how to defend the nation, DHS's mission will be to help open the borders.
