By those "people" I will assume that you are referring to our entrenched politicians and their sponsors/supporters.
BTW your post has the sense to me of one who is not fully on board with the tenets of FR.com.
There was an article in the WSJ, last summer, about the Dutch company that manufactures the turbines for the windmills for most of the companies around the world, including GE, which is the partner for TB Pickens in this country. The turbines were found to be faulty, necessitating redesign. In other words the wind turbines won’t work.
Oh, by the way, GE bought the windmill project from ENRON.
