Yep. It has never worked in recorded history and is not going to work now.
What it has done and what it will do is lead death by starvation for millions of people. The starvation deaths do not include the millions whom have been murdered by socialists to advance their cause.
But on November 4, 2008 American decided that they wanted it, therefore, they shall receive it.
