“At the age of 30 Jesus left Nazareth, gathered around him 12 men who became known as his apostles, and traveled throughout Palestine preaching love of God and love of neighbor and attracting followers by the thousands because he spoke with authority.”
Absolutely true, and He also preached the consequences of not coming to God in submission to Him. Jesus was what they would call, today, a “Hellfire preacher”. He also pegged the religious leaders as “of their father, the devil”.
Today’s preaching of the Gospel needs to be rounded out to include all of it.
