What, may I ask, have the past Secretaries of State been doing in their free time? Condoleeza certainly has the smarts. But still, these societies hang by their prehensile tails on the tree of life, continuing to gather fruit. If these 'skirts' would simply confront these backward countries on their backwardness, perhaps some gains could be made.
As a start, no more bitches for Secretary of State. Too late ;^)- the world gets Hillary. Hilly's conformation will forever alter the respect I might have had for any person that's served as Secretary of State.
