My solution is that for every rocket or mortar originating in Gaza, Israel take permanently 10 yards of Gaza, starting in the North, and pushing the populace South. After a few miles have been taken and it gets really crowded, maybe the Pales will stop rocketing Israel. Maybe not. Their problem.
