Live Report from Israel (Iran behind Hamas rocket attacks on Israel!)

We made an emergency trip to the Middle East the day after Christmas. I am leading a team of ACLJ and ECLJ lawyers and Government Affairs staff on a critical matter involving Christian persecution in the Gaza Strip. We had no idea when we left that we would be literally flying into a war zone.

For the past several months, we’ve been working on a very sensitive case involving Christian persecution by Hamas. Christian persecution is nothing new in this area, but under Hamas, the regime has been particularly brutal towards Christians. A year ago, the owner of the Christian bookstore in Gaza was viciously murdered by agents of Hamas. He left a young wife and three little children. This case brought national attention to the difficulty that Christians are facing in dominantly Islamic countries, where the Christian minority is often suffering significant persecution and even death.

I can tell you that we have been successful in protecting the afflicted ones from evil doers.

Since we’ve been here, the Israelis decided to attack and route out Hamas from the Gaza Strip. Yesterday I traveled to the town of Sederot, where 8000 rockets have fallen in the last few years without any outcry from the international community. Children have been killed and families have been forced to flee from their homes all because of the actions of Hamas.

I had the opportunity to go to Sederot with Israeli Middle East expert and former IDF Colonel Raanan Gissin. Colonel Gissin, the Senior Advisor to former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, stated quite clearly that this war Israel is now engaged in is really a war against Iran. Hamas is fighting this war as the proxy for Iran, just as Hezbollah is fighting the war for Syria in Iran as well.

God be with you and keep you all safe. Will there be a strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities before long?

Iran behind war with ISRAEL .. is not exactly NEWS... It may be for the US Dinosaur Media in a week or two .

8000 rockets ... hmmm ... never heard ANYTHING of that.. All we have been told is ISRAEL Attacks Hamas women and children.

If it wasn’t for the Internet, The USA would believe (Many already do, anyway) that Israel committed an unprovoked attack. Such a pity.

“Will there be a strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities before long?”

I was wondering the same thing, and yes, may God keep Jay Sekulow and his group safe.

Something wicked comes your way........

I think you might be right. Israel trusts W, not 0.

Iran behind rocket attacks on Isreal!

Thank you, Captain Obvious. Wouldn't it really be a shocking headline if Iran wasn't supporting Hamas?

I rather doubt it. Israel has their hands full right now with Hamas.

I find Iran (Shia nation)’s support of Hamas (avowedly Sunni) a bit hard to beleive — after all Iran supports the Shia Hiz b Allah (Hizbullah) in Southern Lebanon against Israel.

Try to make sense of the fact that our government managers of world foreign policy believe the answer to the Israeli conflict is to establish a Palestinian state.

The founding fathers tried to warn us about foreign entanglements and central banks.

Iran’s direct involvement with 7amas is probably overstated but their support of 7amas is not hard to believe at all. Most Muslims in general support anyone who fights Israel, regardless of their beliefs - 7izbullah certainly does. & Iran tries to appeal to Muslim unity in order to gain more influence in the Middle East. Iran supported a mini Sunni theocracy in Tripoli & they’d have no problem supporting 7amas against Israel.

The price of oil is low. If I’m the Iranian honcho I tell my stooges Hamas to attack Israel to jack up the oil price....

And sure enough oil is up from a few days ago

Don't be ridiculous
Sunnis and Shiites will work together
Hamas need money and Iran has it
Both hate Israel

So Iran uses Hamas against Israel and gets the world oil price jacked up

If Iran is behind American troops getting killed in Iraq, and Israelis are getting killed because of Iran, why the hell do we keep jerking around and not hit Iran?
I understand our military industrial complex needs a boogie man to keep getting as much funding as they get but what good is it if you don’t use it?
F-ing hit Iran.
