Canada doesn’t have a State Department, nor does the US State department issue passports for Canadians.
Gubmint being what it is here, I guess that Americans can sleep better knowing that Canadian high school hockey players are well watched so they don’t blow up World Trade Centers or fly airplanes into buildings while slitting stewardesses’ throats with box cutters.
