From the same article the woman was determined the horse wasn’t going anywhere ...
Sounds to me like horse theft and likely murder ...
She says, “Get the horse out of here by midnight or I will kill it.”
So the nephew, who owns the horse, calls someone to bring a trailer.
Then the aunt comes out of the house with a gun telling them to unload the horse. And you believe her?
And your theory is that the “horse theif” brings his wife and daughter to the heist. And that the horse theif would jeapordize his job with the state of Kentucky for a horse? That his wife, driving the get away trailer, would jeapordize her police job, for the horse. And that they would do this knowing that if they got caught that the child they took with them to the heist would get taken away from them by Kentucky Child Services?
Interesting.
She demands that the horse be gone by midnight so the nephew sells it and puts it on a horse trailer to get it out before midnight. Then she comes out with a gun and demands that the horse be UNLOADED from the horse trailer.
She clearly WANTED to kill the horse. It makes no sense otherwise. She could have let it go.
sounds like someone’s not telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. My guess is, the nephew’s horse was to be used to settle a debt to the woman. It’s not hard to imagine how things could get convoluted from there.
Based on what I read in the article, it sounds like an indecisive woman under emotional stress with a pistol in her hand.
And if PMS is involved, fuggitaboutit.
But then again, there is just not enough info in the article to form an opinion.
It is entirely possible she had some mental problems, we just don’t know enough to make a judgment here.
