Actually, it shows signs of a sense of humor. And if you’ve ever tried to sign up with a screen name that’s already been used, you’d see that note come up. So it’s got more than one meaning.

That is a funny screen name! “Sorry screen name in use” is a common message people get when trying to come up with a screen name. It’s sarcasm.
