I noticed that, too. Then I think he just wanted to be the manly man from down under (which he certainly is). I've read that women down under are treated much differently down there. Plus, he owes a lot to his team mates and his head was certainly spinning. No doubt.

I noticed that too. Maybe there wasn’t anything to it but he seemed more affectionate towards his buddies than he did with his girlfriend. Maybe it was just a macho thing, not sure. Still, the jump was unbelievable.
