My point was the Burris is the “legitimate successor” to BO. That sounds more like Charles is the “legitmate successor” to Queen Elizabeth, as a matter of law.
Aside from the fact that the SCOTUS defined the "judging" to be limited to legality, not morality, with the Powell case, I don't think the Dem Congress wants to open up that Pandora's box.
If so, they can begin in the House, with impeached judge Alcee Hastings (D-FL), then they can move on to Barney Franks' (D) gay prostitution ring, or maybe Ted Kennedy's (D) unfortunate swimming history -- just for starters.
