Happens all the time. Folks learn to not discuss safety or security in airports or on planes.

Also, if you attended a funeral service at a graveyard before flying, it's a good idea to wash off the bottoms of your shoes first. That way you will avoid extraordinarily personal searches of your luggage, and sock checks (where they go way beyond messing with your shoes).

Just saw two of the passengers on tv. They spoke with flawless American accents, apparently having been born here. (Not that that means anything when it comes to terrorism.)

Anyway, according to them, passengers overheard them talking about where was the safest place to sit - on the wing or in the back. The passengers told airline personnel, they were taken off the plane, and not allowed to reboard. According to the two, air marshalls were much nicer than the airline personnel, and cleared them for later travel, but the airline wouldn't take them as passengers due to ongoing security concerns.

They were travelling with wives and young children.
