The fact is, it was never a matter of 'if' Blago would be indicted, it was only a matter of 'when'. And this senate seat deal is just his latest crime. Blago will face more trials while he's in Prison. And they also have his wife - Potty Mouth Patti - on tape scheming along with Blago for bribe money, and his aide Harris, who already resigned. Plus Jesse Jackson Jr, JJ Jrs brother and daddy too. (They all hired criminal defense lawyers the day Blago was arrested).

Lastly, Tony Rezko is still singing like a bird in hopes of a lighter sentence. His ties to Blago are closer than with Barry.
