It was apparent the last few weeks that the recount was fixed and that under the rules adopted by the RAT SoS and his minions Franken was going to win that part of the process.

Coleman can still pursue this in court as part of the contest period and I think he should take it all the way to SCOTUS. This was an absolutely bogus process.

I told GOP members here that Coleman should have called a conference weeks ago and declared himself winner, then charge Frankin correctly with stealing an election. But no, the MN GOP let it happen.
