ANCHORAGE, Alaska - An Alaska newspaper is reporting allegations by a drug investigator that politics delayed the arrest of a woman with ties to Gov. Sarah Palin's family until after the November election.

So what does that mean? That the Palins intervened or that because the prosecutor realized they’d be busting the future mother-in-law of Bristol that someone cautioned an extra careful approach to make sure all i’s were dotted and t’s crossed? I’ll bet it turns out to be the latter. It is a perfectly reasonable thing to do - imagine if that SWAT team did a little extra due-diligence before shooting that mayor’s two dogs - even though it is “political.”
Is this the same “Alaska Troopers” who drink beer in their patrol cars, illegally take wild game, taze 12 year olds and threaten their soon to be former in-laws or is it just their union thugs? Obama asskissers.
