ping!
So glad to see Tom McClintock in the House. He will address the issues from a Conservative perspective.
Here’s hoping he can hold out against the beltway mental disease. That place has a way of changing people because you can get nothing done without kneepads. The whole place is just sick.
We will keep Tom in our prayers. His victory and the passage of prop 8 were two bright spots California brought to the national stage in what was otherwise a dismal election.
It was nice to see Palin in person twice here in Ohio. We hope to see more of her in the years to come. As a native Californian in exile it was amazing to see how the politicians “cared” about the voters of the state of Ohio. In California the Demonrat lock on the Presidential slot seemed to be a forgone conclusion. I still wonder if California is really that leftist, or if the votes from Southern California consistently never made it to Sacramento?
Would have been more ‘glad’ if he was Cali’s Gov....sigh
“That place has a way of changing people...”
Tom seems quite focused. I think he’ll be fine.
“Would have been more glad if he was Calis Gov....sigh”
I was going to address exactly that in my original post, but decided that it’s history now, and thus my alternative post as you read it.
IOW agreed.
Wish I'd known sooner. I have a business appointment in Rocklin at noon. Maybye I'll mosey over to Granite Bay afterward and see if anybody is still hangin around.
Speaker McClintock in 2 years? I can dream.
You never know who’ll be there. You should stop by.
