While he's from an Orthodox family, I doubt very seriously that Dershowitz considers himself "observant."

I wonder if Dersh, Foxman, et al, realize how silly it sounds to maintain that a statutory, Theocratic religion like Judaism has to be protected from a voluntary, salvational religion like chr*stianity (at least in this day and time)?
