“Reid is acting scared. He doesn’t need squat from REPUBS. It must be dawning on some RATS they got the complete power they craved...but also have no excuses and no plans for anything constructive for the country.”

He just wants “ air cover “ so he can state that we worked in a bipartisan manner, even though it may a couple of votes that sway the decision.

This is classic CYA by a clueless leader

I believe in our Constitution

He must be a recent convert, because he certainly didn't believe in the Constitution back when he was refusing to give Bush's qualified judicial nominees a full floor vote.
