It’s not just about working with them. I have worked with openly gay people. I was not naked in front of them in communal showers, sleep in the same rooms with them, nor basically spend my whole 24x7 time with them. It is way bigger than just a few hours working with them.
Well said Secret Agent Man.
I’m in law enforcement and one of the best partners I have, for all the world I assume she’s a homosexual. But she’s not an open homosexual.
It’s one thing to talk about your “friends” and not be married or have any children into middle age. I can connect the dots, and I’m fine with that. I genuinely like this person I work with.
It’s another thing altogether to spend 24/7 with an open homosexual who’s now protected from any censure if he discusses openly his “life style”.
Personally, I don’t want to know what my coworkers, partners, etc. do in the privacy of their own bedrooms. That goes for both homosexuals and heterosexuals.
In a 24/7 situation, I don’t want to serve with homosexuals. If they’re willing to keep it to themselves, as decency and decorum would dictate, then I at least don’t have to know about it.
I wonder how leftists would feel about forcing women to room, shower, etc,
in front of people that find them sexually attractive...
