That sounds like exoneration for the potty mouthed demigod and his messiah. It also sounds like a phone call made after they were clued in as to status of the investigation. What I’d like to see are the transcripts from calls that preceded this one. Why was Jarret ducking the calls? Who told whom what??? I smell cover up with Blago cast in the role of pivot man.

Even if it is, the real transcript is supposed to be just as bad. I wouldn't be surprised if the Blago camp sent a phony one out themselves (IF this is indeed a fake) so to minimize the real one when it comes out, as many people will have heard rumors about a fake one going around and not take it as seriously as they might. The left does this sort of phony-baloney damage control a lot.
