The apparently corrupt judge ended it and accepted the Kendall statute of limitations argument. They ran out the clock. I reported that last month.

One defendant remains - producer Gary Smith. Hillary is a critical witness in that. Maybe he can still call her. But Smith has appealed and delayed again.
