I have observed during the past election cycle a marked increase in angry and intolerant public dialogue. This is especially evident among those who loudly decry intolerance, champion peace, and protest social injustice. Many of these same people then engage in a clear double-standard by becoming vitriolic, intolerant, and resentful when they encounter Christians or Jews with a biblical world-view. Their rage is particularly vented toward constitutional patriots, critics of naturalism and evolution, doubters of human-caused global climate change, or those who dare to believe in the fundamental right of Israel to be a Jewish State within secure borders, and actually defend their lives.
Perhaps you have noticed the angry reactions by some people when Barack Hussein Obama is questioned or criticized. I must admit, this has surprised me more than once, and I cannot understand it, especially when it comes from my Christian or Jewish friends....
