" ...let not man put asunder, nor six feet under." Which is, of course, what her husband did. Only if he's the one who caused her incapacitation. Apparently, the court did not find him guilty of that.

No, her incapacitation didn’t put her 6 feet under. What put her 6 feet under was her court-ordered death.
